- It is our guarantee that all messages will be reponded by our representatives in under 12 hours that the message is received. We can be contacted via E-mail or you can submit a support ticket in our client center using your login at www.clients.glenet.net.
- All error logs from your website's control panel are directly forwarded via E-mail to our support team which allows us to be notified instantly of any problems that occur on your site. Once we receive the automatically generated error message from your site, we are able to pinpoint the problem and have it resolved without any further problems.
- If you decide you need some changes made to your site, we will be glad to do them for you. This includes simple page edits such as updating a current webpage or changing a color scheme on a webpage.
